Refund policy

All pieces at Scott's Shop are made to order. As each rug/item is produced individually by hand, all sales are final.

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from its description, please contact us at studio@scottsshop.co within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Please note that natural variations in colour, texture, and finish are inherent to hand-knotted rugs and are not considered defects. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
